MHz Media Broadcast
Currently we operate Internet radio stations MetalHertz FM and Chill Out Radio and are at present drawing up plans to apply to the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) for a temporary sound broadcasting license for a Rock/ Alternative radio station in the south east of Ireland. If successful we plan to put MetalHertz FM on air for 30 days over a 10 or 15 week period (to be decided prior to application) playing specialist programming around the genre's of Rock, Metal, Indie and alternative music that is currently not being catered for by any full time commercial radio station in the south east of Ireland.
More information regarding status of the application will be communicated on both this MHz Media website and the MetalHertz FM website closer to the time of submission, we will also be publishing details of possible sponsorship opportunities to assist with the funding of the station during this broadcasting period.
